Provider shall deliver 5, 10, or 20 qualifying editorial placements within 90 days of kickoff. A qualifying placement is in-content on a site with Domain Rating 50–95 and a real audience. Follow versus nofollow is the outlet’s call. Named mastheads are not guaranteed and are not part of this clause. If the agreed floor is missed, Client receives a 100% refund of fees paid for this campaign.

What “qualifying” means
In the body of a piece a journalist actually filed. Not a rented homepage module. The live URL is the deliverable.
What this clause does not say
- It does not name Forbes, TechCrunch, or any other masthead as a contractual outlet.
- It does not sell “links” as the product. The product is placements.
- It does not include a monthly retainer. One fee. 90 days.
